תחילת שנה, הכיתה "ערומה"...
זה זמן נפלא לרתום את הכיתה\ חלק ממנה\ קפסולה לקישוט הכיתה והכי חשוב לתת הזדמנות להעצמת התלמידים אותם אנחנו מלמדים.
יש הרבה רעיונות יפים בפינטרסט ובכל כיתה יש תלמידים ותלמידות שאוהבים לצייר\לאייר או לעצב.
לא תמיד אנו יודעים זאת... ולא תמיד יש לנו את ההזדמנות לתת לכישרון שלהם מקום להתבטא.
השיעורים הראשונים בשנה הם הזדמנות טובה להוציא לפועל את הרעיונות האלה.
אפשר להסביר ולתת לתלמידים את המשימה אונליין ולקשט את הכיתה כשנחזור לכיתה.
It's always nicer to enter a decorated class. I believe engaging the students in various activitis will make them feel more connected to the lessons.
This is why from time to time, I plan activities which develop important skills for life (such as growth mindset and creativity) and leave a colorful reminder on the class walls.

NEW BEGINNINGS
Each student gets a pair of feet and write down two small things he has to do differently this year in order to start this year on the right foot (=Make a good beginning). You can hang the feet on the walls.

Time capsule
The following idea was sent by Ravit Ben-Hur, a science teacher.
Create a time capsule with the students, which will be opened at the end of the year or at the end of 3 years.
Ask your students to write on a page (or on a Word page they will design and upload to a collaborative class board) in which they will write about their goals for the new year, their worries, their friends, their favorite subject, their favourite teacher, their favorite game of the year, their favorite movie, their favorite song / band, their biggest difficulty, talent they have, a dream they have .
At the end of the period, everyone opens the page he wrote and sees if he was able to overcome the obstacles he had.
Do they still like the same things or have their taste changed?
Were they able to develop their talents?
Nostalgia......
WORDS, WORDS, WORDS....
Words have great meaning!
Not only do they affect our thoughts, but they also affect our emotions. As a result, our behavior changes.
There is an activity I like to do with my students in order to teach them that any situation in life can be seen from two different perspectives: one will make them advance and move forward and one will prevent them from moving ahead ...
Possible classroom or online activities:
Divide the students into pairs. Each pair gets one negative word (no, fail, end, etc.). You can give them an example. The task: to find positive acronyms for the word they received. They have 15-20 minutes.
Each pair uploads the word in their chosen design (you can use CANVA software) to the collaborative board (PADLET or LINOIT)
In the end, each pair presents its product and explains the process.
mY PALM
כל תלמיד מקבל "כף יד" ומתבקש לכתוב את שמו במרכז, על כל אצבע מוסיף מידע על עצמו כמו: תכונת אופי צבע אהוב, מאכל, משאלה לשנה החדשה,
במליאה משתפים את האחרים, בסוף תולים על קיר בכיתה (או וירטואלי) בצורת לב או מעגל.
אפשרות נוספת: מאת רוית בן חור, מורה, מחנכת, רכזת מדעים ועמ"ט, מדריכה פדגוגית מחוזית.
עבודה בזוגות: דף A4 אחד מצייר את המתאר של כף יד (שרטוט היקף היד המונחת על הנייר), בן הזוג מצייר המתאר של כף ידו עליה, באיזה אופן שהוא רוצה. נוצרים ריבועים.
כל זוג צובע את הריבועים, המראות מרהיבים- כל זוג יוצר את הפסיפס שלו, בצבעים שונים, מרקמים שונים וקומפוזיציות שונות.
סיכום שיעור: יד בגימטריה =14 ועוד אחת =28
28 בגימטריה=כוח, הכוח שלנו לשינוי נמצא בידיים שלנו!
Each student receives a "palm" and is asked to write his name in the center, on each finger he adds information about himself such as: a character trait, favorite color, food, wish for the new year,
Then, each students presents his palm to the class. In the end, the students hang their palms on a classroom (or virtual) wall in the shape of a heart or a circle.
Another option: By Ravit Ben-Hur, a teacher, an educator, a science coordinator and a district pedagogical instructor.
Working in pairs: One A4 page each student draws the outline of his palm. his partner draws the outline of his palm on it, in any way he wants. Squares are formed.
Each pair paints the squares, the shapes that are created are spectacular - each pair creates its own mosaic, in different colors, different textures and different compositions.
Lesson Summary: Hand in Gematria ׂ(a Kabbalistic method of interpreting the Hebrew letters by computing the numerical value of words) = 14 and one more = 28

שעון פגישות
כל תלמיד מצייר שעון במחברת.
המורה נותנת הוראה לקבוע פגישה לשעות,3,6,9, התלמידים מסתובבים בכיתה וקובעים את הפגישות. הפגישות מתקיימות בזוגות. אין לקיים פגישה פעמיים עם אותו חבר. לאחר שכולם מלאו את "לוח הזמנים" שלהם בפגישות, המנחה בוחר שעה וכל זוג נפגש.
המנחה מכריז על נושא השיחה. על הזוג לשוחח על הנושא הנבחר במשך דקה עד 5 דקות.
נושאים לשיחה לדוגמא:
תחביב, חוויה מהחופש הגדול, ספר שאני אוהב, חלום שיש לי, מה אהיה כשאהיה גדול.
במליאה, כל אחד מציג את השני.
מסירות
✅ חורצים בכדור פתחים בהם מכניסים פתקים.
✅ על כל פתק כותבים שאלה, לדוגמא: תחביב, חוויה מהחופש הגדול, ספר שאני אוהב, סרט שראיתי לאחרונה, חלום שיש לי, מה אני רוצה להיות כשאהיה גדול, הפחד הכי גדול שלי, מטרה שיש לי השנה וכ"ו.
✅ התלמידים מתמסרים ביניהם, כל אחד מוציא פתק ועונה עליו.
✅ אפשר לחלופין להכניס גם משימות בפתקים, לדוגמא: עליך לזמזם/לשיר בית מתוך שיר האהוב עליך (והכיתה מנחשת מהו), עליך לתת מחמאה למי שיושב מולך/יושב לידך, עליך לספר סיפור אישי שקרה לך בשנה שעברה, עליך לברך כל אחת ואחד מהמשתתפים/את מי שיושב לשמאלך בברכה אישית לכבוד השנה החדשה.
סוף זה תמיד התחלה
המשפטים הבאים יכולים להתאים עם שינויים מסוימים לכל הכיתות:

1. מניחים את הכרטיסיות על הרצפה וכל אחד בוחר לו משפט אחד אליו הוא רוצה להתייחס.
2. אפשרות נוספת היא לשכפל כמה כרטיסיות מכל סוג (כמספר ילדי הכיתה) המורה מחלקת את הכרטיסיות הפוכות וכל ילד בוחר לו כרטיסיה ומתייחס אליה במליאה.
3.אפשרות אחרת היא לשכפל 2 מכל כרטיסיה, כל ילד בוחר אחת ועליו למצוא את בן הזוג שבחר באותה כרטיסיה, לשבת איתו ולדבר על התוכן.
4.כל תלמיד יכול לצייר במחברת שעון פגישות והמורה מכריז על שעת הפגישה ועל נושא השיחה (מתוך הכרטיסיות). על הזוג לשוחח על הנושא הנבחר במשך מספר דקות עד כאשר המורה מחליף את מועד הפגישה והנושא.
*כמובן שאת הפעילות ניתן לתרגם לאנגלית, ערבית או כל שפה אחרת שאתם מלמדים.

They can either pick a word from the whiteboard and elaborate or find another adjective to describe their feelings.
Another possibility is 3 in 1 (chapter 3 in my book)

Fold the papers in half and bring them to the front. Place their "I Can't" statements into an empty shoe box. Then the teacher adds hers. She puts the lid on the box,
She asks the class to push aside the tables
They are going to bury their "I Can'ts"!
The box of "I Can'ts" is placed at the center. The class stands are around it. At this point the teacher announces, "Boys and girls, please join hands and bow your heads."
The teacher delivers the eulogy:
"Friends, we are gathered here today to honor the memory of 'I Can't.' While he was with us here on earth, he touched the lives of everyone, some more than others. We provide 'I Can't' a final resting place and a headstone that contains his epitaph. He will be remembered by his brothers and sisters, 'I Can', 'I Will', and 'I'm Going to Right Away'. They are not as well known as their famous relative and are certainly not as strong and powerful yet. Perhaps some day, with your help, they will make an even bigger mark on the world. May 'I Can't' rest in peace and may everyone present pick up their lives and move forward in his absence. Amen."
The students put the tables back and the teacher put the epitaph on one of the board in class for the remainder of the year.
The date is added at the bottom
On those rare occasions when a student forgets and says, "I Can't", the teacher simply points to the RIP sign. The student then remembers that "I Can't" is dead and rephrases the statement.
A Vision Board
A vision board is a powerful tool that helps you think about your aims and desires through. It helps you visualize your future and consistently reminds you of your life goals.
Truth or Lie
Pass out index cards to the children. The students then write down three facts—two truths and one lie (Or two lies and one truth) on the card. Then, they read their cards to the class and the class decides which fact is a lie or which fact is the truth.
